sellmyrepos.ai connects developers with AI labs interested in purchasing private repositories. We make no guarantee that any repository will receive an offer. All offers are made solely at the discretion of the participating AI labs.
Repository Information & Representation
When you submit information about your repositories, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current details. You represent that you hold all necessary intellectual property rights over the content of each repository you list on our platform.
Offer Acceptance & Code Sharing
By accepting an offer, you commit to sharing the corresponding repository’s code with the purchasing AI lab. If you fail to deliver the code after accepting an offer, any related payment will be canceled and you may forfeit any claim to the offer.
Intellectual Property Transfer
Once you accept an offer, you agree that the intellectual property rights of the repository will transfer to the purchasing AI lab upon completion of the sale. You acknowledge and agree to this transfer as a condition of the transaction.
Communication
By using our service, you consent to receiving communications from sellmyrepos.ai and from the associated AI labs regarding offers and other service-related matters. These communications may be sent to the email address or phone number you have provided.
Data Sharing, Privacy & Modifications
You agree that the personal information you provide, as well as details about your repositories, may be shared with our network of AI labs strictly for the purpose of procuring offers for your repositories. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how your data is handled.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time, and your continued use of our service constitutes your agreement to be bound by the updated Terms.
